Returns & Cancellation Policy
Aurum Poultry Co.’s goal is to provide you with the finest quality produce and fine food product every single time.
If a product is not up to your standards simply contact our customer sales team on 03 9363 6320 or email info@aurumpoultryco.au. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and will endeavour to resolve any issue with quality, quantity or service. Please note, all of our products are labelled with a packed date or use by date for recommended appropriate consumption times.
We do not honour returns or refunds:
- If the claim is not made within 24 hours of the product being delivered / picked up
- If your product has not been stored appropriately
- If product is consumed outside of the recommended consumption time.
We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind in relation to our products.
