Made from Fook Wong Cockerel raised for 100–120 days on our partnered Victorian farms, this double stock captures the true chicken flavour, savoury depth and natural body of our slow-grown young rooster. It is slow-cooked for 9 hours with vegetables and aromatics, creating a rich, concentrated stock designed to bring depth, convenience and consistency to home cooking.

This 1L format is ideal for larger family meals, hot pot, soup bases, braising, risotto, congee, noodle broth, slow-cooked dishes and batch cooking.
