Made from Fook Wong Cockerel raised for 100–120 days on our partnered Victorian farms, this double stock captures the true chicken flavour, savoury depth and natural body of our slow-grown young rooster. It is slow-cooked for 9 hours with vegetables and aromatics, creating a rich, concentrated stock designed to bring depth and convenience to home dining.

Australian made and crafted with no added preservatives, artificial colours or additives, this 500ml stock is ideal for braising, soups, risotto, congee, hot pot, noodle broth, pan sauces and slow-cooked dishes.

Suggested uses: Braising, chicken soup, risotto, congee, hot pot, wonton soup, noodle broth, ramen-style broth, pan sauces, chicken jus, braised vegetables and slow-cooked casseroles.
