Its smaller whole-bird format makes it ideal for nourishing family meals, soup-based cooking and recipes where the bird contributes gentle flavour, texture and depth to the broth.
Silkie (Size 6 – 600–699g) is a practical size for whole-bird soup preparation and home-style cooking. Aurum Silkie works beautifully with Chinese herbs, ginger, goji berries, red dates, dried scallop, mushroom and light seasoning.
