Aurum Corn-Fed Duck is raised in collaboration with dedicated partnered local duck farmers in Southern NSW, through a farming and feeding programme curated by the Moorabool Valley Duck Farm team. With expanded growing space to support quality and production consistency, this programme is designed to develop the duck’s distinctive cherry-red meat, rich flavour and delicate natural fat — qualities that make Aurum Corn-Fed Duck well suited to roasting, dry ageing, pan-searing and chef-led applications.
