Raised for 100–120 days on our partnered Victorian farms, this pullet offers tender meat, clean chicken flavour, delicate fat content and a gentle layer of natural chicken oil. As a young hen before laying egg, Pullet is highly valued for its softer bite, rounded mouthfeel and refined cooking quality.
This 1.35kg+ tier offers stronger yield while retaining the tenderness and natural chicken oil that make Pullet especially suited to slow cooking, superior broth, double-boiled soup, congee and festive dishes. It works well in recipes where the chicken oil supports the soup, sauce or cooking liquid, adding savoury depth and comfort to the final dish.
