Known for its cherry-red duck meat, rich duck flavour and delicate natural fat, Aurum Corn-Fed Duck offers a deeper eating profile across both classic and modern cooking. This specialty offal mix brings a layered experience of flavour and texture: hearts offer a firm, satisfying bite; liver brings rich savoury depth and smooth texture; and giblets add structure, broth flavour and versatility.

This pack is ideal for customers who enjoy whole-bird cooking, flavour-led dishes and chef-style offal applications. It performs well across pâté, parfait, pan-searing, stir-frying, braising, fried rice, stuffing, gravy, soups and stocks.

This offal mix reflects Aurum’s whole-bird approach, bringing together hearts, liver and giblets for fuller flavour and thoughtful cooking use.

It carries butter, herbs, brandy, ginger, spring onion, soy, black pepper, garlic and chilli well, making it suitable for both refined Western-style preparations and Asian quick-cooking dishes.
