Aurum Fook Wong Pullet 1.2–1.35kg is a balanced young hen (before laying egg), ideal for family meals, nourishing dishes and elevated home cooking.
Raised for 100–120 days on our partnered Victorian farms, this pullet offers tender meat, clean chicken flavour, delicate fat content and a gentle layer of natural chicken oil. As a young hen before laying egg, Pullet is highly valued for its softer bite, rounded mouthfeel and refined cooking quality.
This 1.2–1.35kg tier offers practical yield while retaining the tenderness and natural chicken oil that make Pullet especially suited to slow poaching, steaming, chicken essence, congee, soup and gentle braising. It also works well in rice-based dishes, where the chicken oil and tender meat can enrich the broth, sauce or cooking liquid.
