Grown in spacious, well-ventilated sheds with natural ventilation & sun penetration, our spatchcock chickens have unlimited access to feed and water. They’re specifically grown and bred for processing at three weeks of age, resulting in a delicate flavour and texture, with more tender meat than your average chicken.
ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Our Spatchcock chickens are raised in the foothills of NSW, using small-scale boutique farming methods. This allows us to maintain a hands-on approach and raise our birds with the respect they deserve.
PACKAGING & SIZE
Each whole poussin chicken will weigh between 500g and 599g. We always endeavour to provide the highest quality, specialty poultry products.
